At this point in her career, Donna is also often asked to act as an Executive Coach for corporate leaders and individuals struggling with a specific challenge or simply seeking to take their career to the next level. Donna has found that executives at every level benefit from having an impartial sounding board to make sure that decisions are well thought out and long-term ramifications have been considered.
Donna has also teamed up with other trainers across the United States who specialize in areas outside her own realm of experience. Specialists in international business and process realignment round out the expertise that Godfrey Training Associates can offer clients.

Godfrey Training Associates was launched in 1994 by Donna Godfrey. Donna began her training career as a technical trainer with Ciba-Geigy Pharmaceuticals and later directed a large sales training and leadership development group at Novartis. Since launching her own company 14 years ago, Donna has leveraged her varied training background to help teams move seamlessly between discussions on product information, sales figures, budget challenges, and motivation issues.
